18 Hour First Aid at Work (Blended Learning) - 21st & 22nd May 2024

This Blended learning programme combines classroom based practical with online learning. It offers an alternative to the trainer lead courses which makes training more dynamic and student focused and saves businesses the costs of releasing staff out of daily duties to attend training.

Two days (12 hours) of face to face practical learning at your chosen venue with a trainer plus 6 hours of flexible independent self-study with a multiple choice questionnaire to be completed in your own time (Blended Learning is approved by the Health & Safety Executive).

The Blended Learning First Aid at Work course content:

(Two days of practical training at venue, with one day theoretical independent self study).

Day 1 - 6 hours Face to face practical learning in the classroom with the trainer.

Day 2 - 6 hours Face to face practical learning in the classroom with the trainer.

Day 3 - 6 hours Theoretical learning at a time to suit you, via flexible independent self-study.

(We will provide delegates with a learning resource pack and a multiple choice assessment questionnaire).

Our course also includes training for the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

All delegates receive FREE skills update training annually as recommended by the Health and Safety Executive.

On successful completion of the course all delegates will receive an 18 hour HSE recognised certificate via email PDF which is valid for 3 years. Training includes refreshments, free parking, and online resources

Training costs £372 inclusive of VAT and is held at Cycling UK, Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 9JX, and the course runs from 9.15am to 4.15pm.
